Rukhsana Rashid
Treasurer
Rukhsana Rashid holds a Master’s in Public Administration from The American University and a Bachelor’s from SOAS, University of London. With over 30 years of experience in development, she specializes in gender equality, public administration, and capacity building. She has worked with federal and provincial governments, NGOs, and international organizations across Pakistan. Since 2010, she has consulted for UN Women, GIZ, Global Affairs Canada, DFAT Australia, The World Bank, USAID, and others. Rukhsana brings deep expertise in gender mainstreaming and development programming, with a strong commitment to women’s rights and extensive experience bridging policy and grassroots implementation.
Dr. Anoosh Khan

Professor & Chair Department of Gender Studies, University of Peshawar. Focus on identity formation of women as influenced by various ideological state apparatuses. Research interests include discourse analysis, ideology, citizenship and belonging with a broader focus on media studies, linguistic and cultural anthropology, gender & literature, gender & human rights. Romana Khan has over thirty years’ experience, fifteen of which is in the leadership position. Holding a degree in Law, Her professional experience varies from Organizational Development through Human Resources Department, Facility Administration, Corporate Legal Affairs, to Brand Marketing. Worked both in national, as well as multi-national companies in the Oil & Energy Sector in Pakistan. She has over 25 years’ experience of working as a Volunteer in the Social Sector. She is a founding member and was also a Member of the Working Committee, The Governing Body of War Against Rape.
