Rukhsana Rashid holds a Master’s in Public Administration from The American University and a Bachelor’s from SOAS, University of London. With over 30 years of experience in development, she specializes in gender equality, public administration, and capacity building. She has worked with federal and provincial governments, NGOs, and international organizations across Pakistan. Since 2010, she has consulted for UN Women, GIZ, Global Affairs Canada, DFAT Australia, The World Bank, USAID, and others. Rukhsana brings deep expertise in gender mainstreaming and development programming, with a strong commitment to women’s rights and extensive experience bridging policy and grassroots implementation.
